How We Are Different

1. Unique Battle Mile Concept
Unlike traditional races, our flagship event—the Battle Mile—introduces a new level of excitement and team dynamics to mile-long races. Instead of focusing solely on individual performance, the Battle Mile brings together teams of runners to compete head-to-head. This unique team-based structure fosters collaboration and strategic thinking, pushing athletes beyond their individual limits to achieve collective victory.
2. A Platform for All Levels
We believe that sports should be accessible to everyone, which is why we support athletes at every level—from professionals and amateurs to children. Our event structures are tailored to meet the needs of each group:

  • Professionals: For top-tier athletes, we provide highly competitive environments that match international standards.
  • Amateurs: We offer a supportive space for recreational runners looking to challenge themselves in team-based events.
  • Children: We adjust race distances and rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for young athletes, nurturing their passion for sports from an early age.

The origins of Ace Battle

History of creation

Teacher: “Hello, your son was shaggy before the first class and seems agitated – and this is not the first time.”

Yuriy Pidnebesny (founder of the Battle Mile): “I don’t understand anything, he got to school on his own today, when he left – everything was fine. I will talk to him”.

For a long time I didn’t understand why Oleksii, my son, started to get to school on his own, because it was much more convenient if I drive him to school.

But each time he persistently refused and said he wanted to go alone. I did not argue, independence is a good character trait. At the same time, shortly after his independent trips to school, teachers began to complain that he came sweaty, and in the first class he could not sit still, as if adrenaline was beating in his blood. I couldn’t find out what it was about directly from him. But one day I accidentally saw him, leaving the house, change into running shoes. and just start to RUN. This is exactly what I saw the next few random times. It turns out that when Oleksii denied me my “Pick up?”, He did it specifically to run a cross 10 km in the morning to school. Accordingly, the same way back home.

FIRST COMMERCIAL EVENT! March 7, 2020

This day marked the official launch of “Battle Mile” as the main commercial racing event for middle-distance runners in Ukraine. Prior to this, the competition had been held regionally in the Cherkasy region on two occasions.
